The Club Sections. . .

There are "special interest" SECTIONS of the Camping & Caravanning Club for those interested in lightweight cycle touring, canoeing, trailer tenting, photography, motor caravanning, folk song and dance,  and mountain activities amongst others. Membership of sections is usually open to all, so you can be a folk-singing, mountain biker with a camera who uses a trailer tent to go canoe-ing if you have the time and the energy to fit it all in!

The Sections are organised on a voluntary basis by members for members to allow like-minded individuals to meet and share experiences, and camp together, perhaps in places where camping is not usually allowed, or at a discount from normal rate. Here's a listing of the various sections within the Camping and Caravanning Club for you, some of them have websites where you can find out more!

Section membership is entirely optional, and you can join a section when you first subscribe to the Club, or at any time after joining. There's a nominal extra charge for the sections, details for the British Caravanners Club are on the "How to Join" page. Contact other sections direct for more information.
